| Sep 16, 2007 | All paper proposals are reviewed at the PCIC General Program. PCIC selects 56 paper proposals for the 2008 Cincinnati Conference. Authors are encouraged to speak on behalf of their papers at the General Program meeting on Sunday during the 2007 Calgary Conference. |
| Sep 18, 2007 | Papers not included in the General Program are allocated to the Technical Subcommittees where subcommittee members vote on paper interest. Authors are encouraged to speak on behalf of their papers at the Technical Subcommittee meetings. |
| Oct 1, 2007 | Lead authors for selected papers are notified immediately following the 2007 Calgary conference. |
| Oct 20, 2007 | All authors who have submitted proposals will be notified within 1 month following conference. |
| Nov 30, 2007 | Authors MUST submit first rough draft to Subcommittee Chair. Draft paper reviewed by peers and comments returned to author - November - January. |
| Feb 1, 2008 | Authors MUST submit IEEE Copyright form to the PCIC Collection Point. The assigned "CN" number should be written on the copyright forms. |
| Apr 15, 2008 | Authors MUST submit final electronic version of paper to the Subcommittee Chair for a final check for formatting and commercialism prior to publication. |
| May 1, 2008 | Authors MUST submit final paper for publication to the PCIC Collection Point. The manuscripts should have the "CN" number in the transmittal letter or on a separate piece of paper. Follow the instructions in the PCIC Conference Paper Submittal Procedure to submit your paper. Note, electronic copies sent via email will not be accepted. |
| Sep 15, 2008 | Authors MUST provide copy of PowerPoint (or equivalent) presentation to General Program Chair or appropriate Technical Subcommittee Chair, at least 1 week prior to conference. |
| Sep 22-24, 2008 | Presenting authors MUST register and attend the 2008 PCIC Technical Conference in Cincinnati. |
