All authors must be registered at the conference for at least the day of paper presentation.

Author’s Screening Room

“Neilson 3” will be available with audio visual equipment for author screening:

                                                                Sunday                                12:00 pm - 9:00 pm

                                                                Monday/Tuesday                7:00 am - 9:00 pm

                                                                Wednesday                          7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Author’s Breakfast

Each morning of the conference, a complimentary breakfast will be held at 7:00 am in Herald/Doll Rooms for the authors of that day’s presentations. All authors are to attend only on the day they are presenting to meet with your session chair and review the technical session logistics.
