Important Hotel Parking and Drop-Off Information

For Guests of the Westin Galleria Hotel

For guests of the Westin Galleria Hotel, please note that the Main Hotel Entrance is located off of West Alabama Avenue, not Westheimer Road.  Please refer to the Galleria Overview Map on the main hotel information page for directions. 

Self-Parking for the Westin Galleria Hotel is also best accessed from West Alabama Avenue.  The self-parking entrance ramp is located just before the valet entrance to the Westin Galleria Hotel.

Make sure your shuttle driver or taxi driver takes you to the proper hotel entrance before unloading your baggage and allowing the driver to leave.

For Guests of the Westin Oaks Hotel

For guests staying at the Westin Oaks Hotel, please note that the Main Hotel Entrance to the Westin Oaks Hotel is accessed via Westheimer Road in front of the Galleria Complex.  Please refer to the Galleria Overview Map on the main hotel page for directions.

Self-Parking for the Westin Oaks Hotel is also best accessed from the Westheimer Road entrance.  Entrance ramps to the Westin Oaks Hotel can be accessed from Westheimer Road and from Post Oak Road.

Ground Transportation

Ground Transportation from the Airport. Airport Express service is available 24 hours a day for $20.00 (Bush Int’l) and $17.00 (Hobby) per person each way. Ticket booths are located on the lower level in the baggage claim area. Vans depart every 30 minutes. A stretch limousine is $135.00 and can accommodate six people. Taxicabs are $48.00 (Bush Int’l) and $34.00 (Hobby) from the airport for one to four passengers. Pick up is on the lower level outside the baggage claim area.

Car Rental Agencies: Agencies include: Alamo, Avis, Budget, Hertz, National, Thrifty, Dollar, and Enterprise.

Westin Galleria Hotel Parking: Valet parking is $22.00/day (With 24 hour in & out privileges). Self parking is available at the Galleria.

Driving From Bush International Airport

Take the Will Clayton Parkway to Highway 59 South. Take Highway 59 South to 610 Loop West. Stay on 610 Loop West until Westheimer exit. Proceed on frontage road to Westheimer bearing right heading west to Sage. Left on Sage to West Alabama and turn left at the traffic light and proceed to the Westin Galleria on the left. If you are staying at the Westin Oaks, after turning onto Westheimer, the enterance to the Oaks is on the left. Registration for the conference is in the Galleria Hotel, a short walk thru the shopping mall.

Driving From Hobby Airport

Exit the airport to Interstate 45 North. Proceed North to 610 West. Take 610 West to Westheimer. Merge onto the frontage road to the first traffic light. Turn left onto Westheimer traveling west to Sage. Turn left on Sage and turn left at first intersection (West Alabama).
